These terms apply to the public marketing website at praestologica.com. They do not constitute the end-user agreement for the Praesto app, which has not yet launched. App terms will be presented at sign-up.

This site describes a product that is in development and not yet available. Statements about features, launch dates, platform availability, integrations, and pricing are forward-looking and may change. Any pricing or platform information on this site is indicative and subject to change at launch.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a contract, or a guarantee that you will receive access to the product. We will email waitlist members with launch and access information; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Intellectual property
The Praesto and Praesto Logica names, the tagline "Walk in already knowing", the wordmark, the logomark, the site copy, and all visual design on this site are the property of Praesto Logica unless otherwise noted. You may reference the company and product by name for ordinary editorial and journalistic purposes. Other use of our names or marks requires prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site (including Apple, iPad, Apple Pencil, App Store, iOS, macOS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Otter, NotebookLM, FSRS, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative and does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to (a) submit content that is unlawful or that infringes anyone's rights; (b) attempt to disrupt, attack, or probe the site outside the scope of a coordinated disclosure program; or (c) misrepresent yourself or your affiliation.
