Why did my learning change?
The app draws a new one when you open it after ten minutes away. A quick switch to another app keeps the one you were reading.
Want another now? On iPhone, pull down on Today. On Android, tap Another.
How do I change the reminder times?
On iPhone, tap the settings button at the top of Today. On Android, tap the gear at the top of Today.
Set Morning and Evening there. They start at 8:00 and 20:00.
Where are my saved stories?
Open Stories and choose Saved. To save a story, tap the bookmark at its top.
Does the watch app need my iPhone?
No. The watch app works on its own, with the learnings built in.
How do I turn reminders off?
Open the same settings and switch off Daily reminders.
You can also turn off notifications for Influence in your device settings.
Does the app collect my data?
No. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking.
